Frequently Asked Questions
Is it suitable for all dogs?
Yes — the brush is designed to work well for dogs of any breed or size. If your dog has sensitive skin or a specific skin condition, we'd recommend checking with your vet before introducing any new grooming tool.
How do I fill it with shampoo?
Open the reservoir on the top of the brush, add a small amount of diluted shampoo (shampoo mixed with water), then close it securely. Squeeze gently while brushing to dispense.
What type of shampoo can I use?
Use any pet-safe dog shampoo, diluted with water so it flows easily through the reservoir. We don't recommend using human shampoo, as it isn't formulated for a dog's skin.
Is the silicone soft?
Yes. The bristles are made from soft, flexible silicone designed to massage your dog's skin and loosen dirt and loose fur gently — not scratch or pull.
How do I clean it?
Rinse thoroughly with water after each use. For a deeper clean, wash occasionally with a little mild soap and warm water, then let it air dry.
What are the dimensions?
The brush measures approximately 7.9 × 8.5 × 5.5 cm and weighs about 85g — sized to fit comfortably in hand for most people.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship out and arrive within 5–8 business days, and we offer free worldwide shipping on every order.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for details.
